Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of dried apricots
  • 10 spoons of powdered sweetener or 10 grams
  • 1 cup (tea) of water

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, place the apricots and water.
  2. Bring to a boil and let it boil until the apricots soften.
  3. If necessary, add a little more water.
  4. Remove and when warm, place in a blender and blend until you obtain a creamy paste.
  5. If necessary, you can add a little more water.
  6. Add the sweetener, mix and refrigerate.

Apricots can be replaced with black plums.

Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of strawberries, cleaned and cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, add the strawberries, lemon juice and heat for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Add the sweetener and stir gently so as not to break up the strawberries.
  3. When stirring the broth, the bottom of the pan should appear showing the right point.
  4. It will be thick, with a jelly-like consistency.
  5. Let it cool and then refrigerate.

Pineapple Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, core removed and chopped
  • Powdered sweetener to taste
  • ½ envelope of unflavored, white powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup (tea) of water

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, place the pineapple with ¾ of the water.
  2. Bring to a boil and let cook until softened.
  3. Mix the gelatin with the rest of the water and let the gelatin hydrate.
  4. Place in the pan and turn off the heat.
  5. Add the sweetener and let it cool.

For a smoother jelly, just blend it in a blender.

Ingredients

  • 8 kiwis
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1 dessert spoon of unflavored powdered gelatin, white
  • 1 cup (tea) of water

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean and remove the skin from the fruit.
  2. Cut into pieces.
  3. In a blender, place the chopped fruit, sweetener, a little water and blend.
  4. Place the mixture in a pan and put it on the fire to cook a little.
  5. Mix the gelatin with the rest of the water, add it to the pan but do not let it boil.
  6. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
