Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 3 carrots, grated or in pieces
- ¾ cup (tea) oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 3 cups of creamy milk chocolate Danette® dessert
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a 30 cm diameter pan.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour, yeast and mix.
- Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Once the cake has cooled, unmold it and cover with the creamy dessert.
- Decorate, if you prefer, with chocolate shavings.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can cut the cake in half to fill it with the same dessert.
You can also replace the dessert flavor with semi-sweet chocolate flavor.
