Mass ingredients

  • 3 boiled and wrinkled potatoes

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs to bread

Filling ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cup of cooked and shredded dried meat
  • 1 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the potato, cheese, egg, pepper, salt, flour and yeast until wrapped.
  2. In another bowl, mix the dried meat, tomatoes, onion and parsley. Reserve.
  3. Model the croquettes by placing portions of the stuffing in the middle.
  4. Pass the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and gradually fry in hot oil until all sides brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve then.
