After injuring him, he took a photo of his partner’s penis and sent it to his family’s family chat, and later threw it down the toilet.

While Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira went out to ask for help, she found her brother and went to the municipal police station.

She was sent to prison

Daiane dos Santos Farias confessed the crime to the Police, saying, according to G1, that she discovered the infidelity on her own birthday, which motivated her to hurt him. In May 2024 She was sentenced to 4 years, 8 months and 26 days in prison for serious bodily injury.

Although at first the victim was inflexible regarding the case, expressing the serious effects that the attack caused her, from which she has not been able to fully recover, Months later she received a letter from her ex-partner, who is in the Mogi Guaçu Women’s Penitentiary.

In the statement, The cook said she felt ashamed of her actions, asking him to lose her for the facts and asking him if he would like to resume their relationship. Likewise, she explained the deplorable conditions to which she was subjected in prison.

The response letter, known by the True Crime blog, is, for many, surprising, since, Although Daiane cut off his penis, Gilberto decided to forgive her and resume their relationship. In addition to expressing his desire to visit her in prison, he also wanted to pay the costs of her defense.

“If I hadn’t had sex with my niece on my partner’s birthday, none of this would have happened. Daiane is a wonderful, affectionate woman who loves me. She didn’t deserve to be betrayed like that. She was exposed to the entire country (…) I don’t care what others think, what really matters is what I feel for her,” the man commented.

They asked for their freedom

In August, The Court of Justice of São Paulo denied the defense’s request to release Daiane dos Santos Farias or, at least, under house arrest.a woman who cut off her partner’s penis after discovering infidelity on his part.

“For now, evidence of materiality and sufficient evidence of authorship to justify keeping the patient in prison“, highlighted the authorities, who emphasized the seriousness of the injuries caused by the person deprived of her liberty today.

In October, the newspaper A Tribuna said that Gilberto Nogueira de Oliveira had obtained permission to visit his attacker in prison. During the visit, the subject would have tried to bring a penis strap with which he would try to have sexual relations with Daiane, however, he was denied entry of the item because the prison considered that it could be used to attack the life of the inmate.
