Don’t resist a good and delicious Greek rice. Exquisite then, it’s even better!!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of cooked white rice
  • 2 cups of sautéed ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • ½ cup chopped black olives
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 1 can of drained green corn
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, add the margarine and onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the green beans, corn, pepper, carrot, peas, olives, chicken broth and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the ground beef and rice.
  4. Mix well, remove from heat and serve.
