Don’t resist a good and delicious Greek rice. Exquisite then, it’s even better!!
Ingredients
- 6 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 cups of sautéed ground beef
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- ½ cup chopped black olives
- 1 can of drained peas
- 1 can of drained green corn
- 1 grated onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, add the margarine and onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green beans, corn, pepper, carrot, peas, olives, chicken broth and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the ground beef and rice.
- Mix well, remove from heat and serve.
