Ingredients

  • 1 Strawberry Tray
  • 1 bunch of Italy, Thompson or Ruby grapes
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Small Broccoli
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 3 Radishes
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lemon juice or vinegar to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean fruits, vegetables and roots.
  2. Steam the broccoli. Let it cool and set aside.
  3. Separate the bunch of grapes into berries and the broccoli into florets.
  4. Cut the peppers and radish into slices.
  5. Now just use your imagination and put together the dish.
  6. Season to taste.

Mom’s Tips

Yields approximately 6 servings.

Please note: The great attraction of Thompson grapes is that they are seedless. They are rich in potassium and vitamin A, organic acids and phenolic compounds, which help prevent coronary heart disease. This type of grape is often used to produce raisins.
