Ingredients
- Steak
- Flour
- 2 or 3 eggs
- Thread flour
- Tomato sauce
- Cheese Dish and Parmesan
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation mode
- Lightly beat eggs and season with parsley, salt and black pepper.
- Pass the steaks in wheat flour, eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the steaks in a thin layer of olive oil.
- Put the steaks ready in a baking dish and spread the tomato sauce.
- Cover with cheese dish and sprinkle the Parmesan.
- Bake until you melt the cheese.
Mother Tips
Choose the meat of your choice and ask the butcher that the court in not too thick steaks.
The amount can be calculated in 2 steaks per person.
Tomato sauce can be homemade or ready (industrialized).
The plate cheese can be replaced by mozzarella cheese.
Serve accompanied by vegetables, your choice, steam cooked.
