A fillet option to eat with pleasure! This dish is simply very tasty!!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium filet mignon steaks
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 small grated onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 level teaspoon of paprika

Preparation mode

  1. Season the steaks with the garlic, onion and salt. Book.
  2. Dissolve the flour in 1 cup of milk. Book.
  3. In a pan, heat 1 cup of milk until it boils.
  4. Lower the heat and, stirring constantly, add the dissolved flour.
  5. Stir until a cream forms.
  6. Add the paprika and mustard.
  7. In a frying pan, grill the fillets in margarine.
  8. Pour the cream over the top and leave on the heat for another minute or until golden.

Mom Tips

For a light flavor, replace whole milk with skimmed milk and traditional margarine with light margarine.

Paprika, in addition to flavor, adds color to dishes.
