Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- Salt and black pepper
- 200 ml of sour cream
- 2 hands of cheese dish
- 2 spoons (coffee) of mustard
- 1 parsley hand
- 4 white fish fillets
- 1 Sicilian Lemon
- 3 chopped and cooked potatoes
- Nutmeg
Preparation mode
- Saute the onion and carrot in the olive oil with a little salt until it softens.
- Cook the potatoes for 15/20 minutes until you soften well and the eggs in the same pan.
- Add the cream to the braised and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat, put cheese, mustard and chopped parsley, mix and hit the spice.
- Put the juice and lemon zest.
- Chop the fish into large pieces and place in the bottom of a platter.
- Cut the eggs into 8 pieces and place by the fish.
- Pour the sauce into the platter.
- Knead the potatoes, put olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Place lightly on top of the sauce.
- Bake at 230 for about 25 minutes.
Mother tip
Approximate yield of 4 portions.
