A different Easter egg that you can make for your family, as a gift or even to earn some extra money. It looks like a fried egg!
Ingredient Eggshell
- 500 grams of milk chocolate flavored coating
Ingredients Fried Egg
- 100 grams of white chocolate flavored coating
- 100 grams of white chocolate flavored coating
- Yellow chocolate dye
Filling Ingredient
- 200 grams of Choco Power Ball with milk
Preparation Mode
- In a container, melt the milk topping in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- With the melted chocolate, mold 250 gram Easter egg shapes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Refrigerate until the pan becomes opaque.
- Remove from refrigerator.
- Fill the shells with the Choco Power Ball and decorate with the fried eggs.
How to Prepare Fried Eggs
For the egg white:
- In a container, melt 100 grams of white chocolate flavored coating in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- With the melted chocolate, spread a small portion of chocolate on a surface lined with parchment paper.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread the chocolate into an irregular egg white shape.
- Repeat the operation.
- Let it dry.
For the Gem:
- In a container, melt 100 grams of white chocolate flavored coating in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- With the melted chocolate, add the coloring and mix well.
- Fill half of a ball mold that is the size of an egg yolk with the ball.
- Fill the other half.
- Refrigerate until the pan becomes opaque.
- Remove from refrigerator.
- Unmold and let dry.
Assembly
- Spread melted chocolate on the base of the yolk.
- Cole a gema na clara.
- Decorate each eggshell with a fried egg.
- Place the finished shells in special boxes for stuffed eggs.
Mom’s Tips
The egg white should not be too thin so that it does not break.
If you don’t have a ball mold, make the yolk with the prepared chocolate, filling in circles previously marked on parchment paper.
