Orange Cupcake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of orange juice
  • 240 ml of oil
  • 450 grams of refined sugar
  • 450 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
  • Supplyable molds for cupcake king

Orange filling (optional)

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of icing sugar
  • 50 grams of unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of the peel of 2 oranges

Ingredients Coverage

  • Whipped cream dyed grass green
  • White and yellow fondant

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Prepare the molds by placing them in a cupcake mold.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a blender, beat the eggs, juice and oil.
  4. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the other ingredients.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place the dough in the molds and bake for approximately 25 minutes.

Filling preparation method

  1. Place all ingredients in the mixer.
  2. Beat everything until you get a light, smooth and fluffy mixture.
  3. Fill the cupcakes.

Assembly

  1. Using the sprinkler nozzle (233) and green whipped cream, make sprinkles on the cupcakes.
  2. With the fondant, make the flowers.

Mom Tips

When grating orange peels, avoid grating the white part.

If you prefer, you can make the daisy petals with whipped cream and for the crumb, use yellow icing.

At Easter, replace the flowers with egg-shaped sweets or chocolate eggs.
