Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 250 grams of unsalted margarine
- 6 excited
- 6 whites
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 and ½ cup of milk
- 1 box of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
- Sanitized strawberries
- Strawberry jelly or glitter jelly
Preparation Mode
- Grease a 35 cm diameter round pan. Book.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks. Book.
- Also in a mixer (in another bowl), beat the egg yolks, sugar and margarine until you get a fluffy consistency.
- Add the wheat flour and cornstarch sifted together, alternating with the milk.
- Add the gelatin and yeast and beat enough to homogenize the mixture.
- Turn off the mixer and add the egg whites, mixing gently.
- Place in the pan and place in the oven to bake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Decorate with strawberries covered in jam.

Approximate yield of 20 servings.
If you prefer, decorate the edge of the cake with grated dry coconut.
