Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 beaten egg
Preparation Mode
- Grease a large baking dish. Book.
- Sift the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Beat the butter with the sugar and molasses until creamy.
- Add the egg and beat again.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place spoonfuls of this mixture on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Press with a fork.
- Bake at 180ÂşC for approximately 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack.
