Fresh and homemade, these cookies are very tasty and meet the needs of those with gluten restrictions.
Ingredients
- 150 grams of brown rice flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of light brown sugar
- 75 grams of butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 beaten egg
- Gluten Free Dark Chocolate Drops
Preparation Mode
- Reserve the chocolate drops.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a food processor or by hand, beat the remaining ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the drops and, with your hands, form the dough into a ball.
- Shape the cookies and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Press them gently with the help of a fork.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven, wait a few minutes (approximately 10) for the cookies to solidify.
- Unmold.
Mom’s Tips
Please note: Among other uses, one of the functions of baking soda is to add volume and lightness to the dough, making the preparations rise.
