This soup recipe, in addition to being nutritious, keeps us warm especially on cold nights. Try it! Delicious! This delicacy can also be served at your June festival. Adults and children will love it!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of drained green corn
- 3 cans of milk
- ½ can of cream
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Reserve corn kernels for decoration.
- In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent.
- Add the corn and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and cook for approximately 20 more minutes.
- Season with pepper and salt and turn off the heat.
- Place in the blender and blend until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Sift the mixture into a pan and return to heat.
- Add the cream and green chilli.
- Turn off, decorate with the reserved corn kernels and serve immediately.
Mom Tips
Use the empty can of green corn to measure the milk.
If you prefer, also decorate with green scent.
