Ingredients

  • 1 head of crisp lettuce
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 1 Cherry tomato tray
  • Melon
  • Manga
  • green apple
  • Kiwi

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean fruits and vegetables.
  2. Cut the chard, apple and kiwi into strips.
  3. Cut the melon and mango into cubes.
  4. Line a shallow salad bowl with the lettuce, chard and arugula.
  5. Distribute the fruits on top.
  6. Decorate with tomatoes.
  7. Take it to freeze.
