Grilled Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 1 cm thick steaks
  • 4 teaspoons of butter
  • Oil
  • Black pepper

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat a frying pan over high heat with a dash of oil.
  3. Place the 4 steaks and do not stir.
  4. When you see that the edges of the steaks are gray, turn them over and do not stir.
  5. When almost ready, finally, add the butter to the pan and fry for a few more seconds.

Mom’s Tips

By following the preparation method exactly, the steaks will be seared on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The frying time is approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side of the steaks.

Grilled Pork Chop
