Ingredients

  • 4 thick rump steaks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 cans of whey-free cream
  • 6 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the butter and dissolve the vegetable broth.
  3. Add the cream, honey and mustard.
  4. Wait for it to heat up well, turn it off, add the cottage cheese and check the salt. Book.
  5. In a frying pan heated with oil, fry the meat with drops of Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Serve the meat with the mustard sauce on top.
