Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 envelope of red unflavored gelatin
  • 1 envelope of colorless flavorless gelatin
  • 6 large, very ripe red guavas
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of water

Syrup Ingredients

  • 2 large, ripe red guavas
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of water

How to prepare the syrup

  1. Peel the guavas, remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, blend half of the guavas with the water.
  3. Place over low heat in a pan with the sugar and remaining guava.
  4. Stir constantly until it thickens slightly.
  5. Remove and let cool while you prepare the pudding.

Pudding Preparation Method

  1. Grease a mold with a central hole with oil. Book.
  2. Peel the guavas, remove the seeds, chop them and blend them in a blender with the water.
  3. Pass the mixture through a sieve and return it to the blender.
  4. Add condensed milk and cream. Book.
  5. Hydrate both types of gelatin according to the package instructions.
  6. Place the prepared gelatin in the blender and blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the mold, cover with plastic film and refrigerate until firm.
  8. Unmold and cover with syrup.

Mom Tips

When making the syrup, do not overcook it or the guava pieces will fall apart.
