Ingredients

  • 1 package of pre-cooked fresh lasagna noodles (500 g)
  • 250 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • 250 grams of sliced ​​ham
  • 6 ripe seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a medium ovenproof dish and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Arrange the slices of cheese and ham across the entire length of the lasagna dough.
  4. Roll up like a roulade.
  5. Cut every 4 cm and place upside down in the reserved baking dish.
  6. Heat a pan with the butter and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  7. Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and sauté for 5 minutes.
  8. Spread the sauce over the Rondelli and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
  10. Remove the paper and bake for another 10 minutes.
  11. Decorate with basil and serve.

Ham can be replaced with sliced ​​turkey breast slices.
