With lasagna dough you can make Rondelli very easily. Enjoy and surprise your family!
Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-cooked fresh lasagna noodles (500 g)
- 250 grams of sliced mozzarella cheese
- 250 grams of sliced ham
- 6 ripe seedless tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation Mode
- Grease a medium ovenproof dish and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Arrange the slices of cheese and ham across the entire length of the lasagna dough.
- Roll up like a roulade.
- Cut every 4 cm and place upside down in the reserved baking dish.
- Heat a pan with the butter and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Spread the sauce over the Rondelli and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
- Remove the paper and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Decorate with basil and serve.
Mom Tips
Approximate yield of 6 servings.
Ham can be replaced with sliced turkey breast slices.
