Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and shredded ham
  • 600 grams of peeled, diced potatoes
  • 1 seedless red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Steam the potato for 10 minutes or until soft.
  2. Pass half, still hot, through the juicer and place in a bowl.
  3. Add the shank, onion, the rest of the potatoes, the green chilli, pepper, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Place in a refractory and decorate to taste
  7. Serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can replace the ham with cooked and shredded meat like coxão soft, shredded roast meat (lizard) and even leftover roast meat.
