Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked and shredded ham
- 600 grams of peeled, diced potatoes
- 1 seedless red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Steam the potato for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Pass half, still hot, through the juicer and place in a bowl.
- Add the shank, onion, the rest of the potatoes, the green chilli, pepper, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Place in a refractory and decorate to taste
- Serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the ham with cooked and shredded meat like coxão soft, shredded roast meat (lizard) and even leftover roast meat.
