Learn how to make hazelnut cream. With breads, toast, pies, cakes,… it’s a delight!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of powdered milk
- 170 grams of dark chocolate
- 140 grams of milk chocolate
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 and ¼ cup of milk
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1 and 1/3 cup of hazelnuts
- 1 salt whistle
Preparation mode
- In separate baking sheets, place the hazelnuts and almonds and bake 180 ° C for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until they toast or until the hazelnuts are blushed.
- Once ready, place them in separate dishcloth.
- Close the cloth and rub to remove the shells.
- In a pan, heat the milk, the milk powder, the salt, the honey until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a water bath, melt the two chocolates.
- In the processor, grind the hazelnuts and warm almonds.
- Processing, add the melted chocolate until a homogeneous mixture.
- Add gradually, processing the reserved milk mixture again obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Once ready, put your hazelnut cream in a cap with lid and light to freeze.
2nd version
Ingredients
- 125 grams of hazelnuts
- 375 grams of milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Preparation mode
- In the processor, grind the hazelnuts well.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Reserve.
- In a blender, put the already crushed hazelnuts, add the cocoa powder, sugar, essence, oil and beat well.
- Add the melted chocolate and hit until a very homogeneous mixture.
- Let cool.
Mother Tips
In the second version do not replace the cocoa powder with chocolate powder or chocolate.
Do not expect any of these recipes, or another you know, be just like the industrialized that contains additives.
Keep out of the refrigerator so that it does not harden much and lose creaminess or remove half an hour before consuming it.
