Don’t resist this type of sweet. Very simple to prepare, the mousses are always a huge success!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 cup (tea) of Nutella® type hazelnut cream
  • 1 envelope of unflavored colorless powdered gelatin
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 whites
  • 2 excited

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Sift the yolks.
  3. Mix the yolks into the still warm chocolate.
  4. Add the hazelnut cream, cream and mix well.
  5. In a pan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  6. Without letting it boil, place over low heat to dissolve.
  7. Beat the egg whites, add the sugar and continue beating until it reaches the peak point.
  8. Mix the egg whites and gelatin into the previous cream.
  9. Pour into individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
