Don’t resist this type of sweet. Very simple to prepare, the mousses are always a huge success!
Ingredients
- 200 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup (tea) of Nutella® type hazelnut cream
- 1 envelope of unflavored colorless powdered gelatin
- 1 can of cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 2 whites
- 2 excited
Preparation Mode
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Sift the yolks.
- Mix the yolks into the still warm chocolate.
- Add the hazelnut cream, cream and mix well.
- In a pan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
- Without letting it boil, place over low heat to dissolve.
- Beat the egg whites, add the sugar and continue beating until it reaches the peak point.
- Mix the egg whites and gelatin into the previous cream.
- Pour into individual bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
