Ingredients

  • 500 grams of pastry dough in large discs
  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • ½ cup (tea) of chopped fresh Minas cheese
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • ½ cup (tea) of chopped green olives
  • ½ cup (tea) of mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 echo
  • 1 clara
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a large baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, carrots, olives, mixed vegetables and parsley.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Place portions of this mixture into each pastry.
  6. Fold in half, brush the edges with egg white and press to close.
  7. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg yolk and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  8. Serve.

Mom’s Tips

If you prefer, replace the canned vegetables with corn.

Yields approximately 12 units.
