Ingredients

  • 1kg and 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) oil
  • 30 grams of organic yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 eggs

Preparation Mode

  1. Reserve the wheat flour.
  2. In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and gradually add the flour.
  4. Place in oil-greased molds.
  5. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  6. Bake in the oven (200ºC) for approximately 40 minutes.

Mom Tips

The amount of wheat flour is approximate. The dough should start to come away from your hands.

The cup used is 200 ml.

30 grams of yeast = 2 tablets of 15 grams each.

Use fresh organic yeast.

Unmold while hot, leave to cool on wire racks. When cold, place in plastic bags to preserve them.

Yield of 2 large loaves.
