Ingredients for tea
- 1/4 cup (tea) of water
- 4 cloves
Dough Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 spoon (coffee) of salt
- 2 tablespoons of margarine for culinary use
- 1 cup (tea) brown sugar
- 3 excited
- 3/4 cup honey (tea)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon honey bread seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (coffee) cinnamon powder
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 Tablespoon of Sodium Bicarbonate
- 2 disposable molds for panettone of 500 grams
Stuffing Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk cooked for 30 minutes
- 300 grams of processed walnuts
Ingredients Coverage
- 300 grams chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 1 can of cream
How to Prepare Tea
- Make a tea with the water and cloves.
- Let cool.
Panettone Preparation Method
- Beat the egg whites with the salt and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C.
- In a mixer, beat the margarine with the brown sugar and add the egg yolks, honey, chocolate, clove tea, milk (reserve a little to dissolve the baking soda), honey bread seasoning, cinnamon, flour and, lastly, the bicarbonate dissolved in the milk.
- Remove from the mixer and gently mix the egg whites with this mixture.
- Put the dough in two panettone molds of 500 grams and take it to the oven until it is baked.
- Let it cool well to fill.
Stuffing Preparation Method
- Mix the already cooked and cold condensed milk with the nuts.
- Reserve.
Coverage Setup Mode
- Take the chocolate and milk cream to the fire until it melts.
Assembly of panettone
- Assemble the panettone by cutting it into 4 parts horizontally, and alternating layers of panettone and stuffing, with the top of the panettone last.
- Pour the frosting over the panettone and decorate it as you like.
Mother’s Tips
It is easy to find several brands of seasoning for honey bread on the market.
You can replace the boiled condensed milk with ready-made creamy dulce de leche.
Decoration can be with chocolate drops or drained cherries in syrup or simply with white chocolate arabesque.
If you prefer, after the covered panettone, wrap the side with crushed walnuts.
Yield 2 units of 500 grams.
