Surprise your guests with this healthy and very tasty Honey Cheesecake!
Dough Ingredients
- 200 grams of crushed cornstarch biscuits
- 5 tablespoons of butter
Filling Ingredients
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- 2 and 1/3 cup fresh ricotta
- ½ cup of honey
- 1/3 cup (tea) sugar
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 4 beaten eggs
Dough Preparation Method
- In the blender, place the crushed biscuits and blend until crumbly.
- Add the butter and mix.
- With the dough, line the bottom and sides of the pan, smoothing it with the help of a spoon.
- Reserve.
Filling preparation method
- While preparing the filling, preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In the food processor, beat the ricotta and cream cheese until you obtain a creamy mixture.
- Add sugar, honey and beat to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Add the lemon juice, essence and beat until smooth.
- Fill the reserved pie and bake for approximately 50 minutes or until the filling is slightly firm.
- Remove and let cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Unmold and drizzle the honey on top.
- When serving, decorate as desired.
