Ingredients

  • 500 grams of milk chocolate covering
  • 200 grams of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon of powdered cloves
  • 500 grams of chocolate Blend topping
  • Chocolate powder 32% cocoa

Preparation mode

  1. Melt the topping with the milk and mix with the cream. Book.
  2. Separately, mix the honey well with the cloves and cinnamon powder.
  3. Add this mixture to the reserved chocolate.
  4. Stir well, incorporating the ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for approximately 2 hours to make it firm.
  6. Remove portions of the dough and roll in the truffles.
  7. Dip in the Blend topping, previously melted.
  8. Lastly, coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
