Ingredients
- 500 grams of milk chocolate covering
- 200 grams of cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon of powdered cloves
- 500 grams of chocolate Blend topping
- Chocolate powder 32% cocoa
Preparation mode
- Melt the topping with the milk and mix with the cream. Book.
- Separately, mix the honey well with the cloves and cinnamon powder.
- Add this mixture to the reserved chocolate.
- Stir well, incorporating the ingredients.
- Refrigerate the dough for approximately 2 hours to make it firm.
- Remove portions of the dough and roll in the truffles.
- Dip in the Blend topping, previously melted.
- Lastly, coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
