UAn Iranian MP revealed on Monday that he wants the death of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in retaliation for the attack that killed the Hamas leader on Iranian territory.
“I hope that another ‘True Promise’ operation (a massive Iranian missile and drone strike on Israeli territory on April 13) will be carried out as blood revenge for Ismail Haniyeh [lÃder do Hamas]. We do not agree to anything less than the death of Netanyahu,” Mohammad Qasim Osmani said during a parliamentary session, as quoted by Russian state news agency Tass.
The parliamentarian in question also pointed out that Tel Aviv is “reckless” to the point of daring to “shed the blood of a guest in Tehran”, referring to the Hamas leader, who died after an Israeli attack in the Iranian capital.
Mohammad Qasim Osmani also said that Iran would decide when to avenge the death of the leader of the Islamist group.
It is worth recalling that already this Monday, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said that he had been informed by his Hungarian counterpart that Iran would attack Israel. Moments before Katz made this revelation, US presidential candidate Donald Trump said he knew that Tehran was going to attack Tel Aviv tonight.
Katz said nothing, however, about a possible attack tonight.
