According to the coordinator of the Government Emergency Committee, Nasser Yassin, quoted by the Lebanese National News Agency, The total number of deaths since clashes between the Israeli Army and the Shiite group Hezbollah began a year ago has risen to 2,229 and the number of wounded has risen to 10,380, the vast majority in recent weeks.

The most recent attack in Beirut leaves 22 dead and a hundred injured.

More than 9,500 people have died in Lebanon

“In the last 24 hours, 57 (Israeli) airstrikes were recorded, bringing the total number of attacks since the beginning of the aggression to 9,588”Yassin assured.

According to the Ministry of Health, to date, 1,032 centers have been opened to welcome displaced people, of which 837 have reached their maximum capacity.
