OThe events are part of the so-called “Weekend of Action”, with more than 2,300 events across the country and the participation of around 175,000 volunteers.

A recent poll indicated that Harris has regained some of the ground lost by President Biden to Donald Trump in states such as Arizona.
The Emerson College Polling survey, conducted between July 22 and 23, found that Harris received 44% of voting intentions in Arizona, compared to 49% for Trump.
Before announcing his withdrawal from the electoral race, Biden was credited with 40% of voting intentions in this state.
