Ingredients

  • 3 peeled medium kiwis
  • 1 glass of water (250 ml)

Preparation mode

  2. Add sugar and keep beating.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peeled and chopped kiwi
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener
  • 1 neutral league spoon
  • Popsicle sticks

Preparation mode

  1. In a blender, beat for 1 minute, fruit, water, milk powder and sugar.
  2. Add the neutral alloy powder and beat enough to mix.
  3. Place the mixture in its own disposable cups.
  4. Take to the freezer or freezer for 40 minutes and place the sticks.

3rd Option – Pure Popsicle
