Dough Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cups of demerara sugar
- ½ cup oat flour (tea)
- ½ cup semi-skimmed milk
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Ingredients
- 3 unpeeled kiwis, sliced
- ½ cup golden flax seeds
- ½ cup demerara sugar
- 1 cup (tea) of water
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, blend the water with the flaxseed and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Generously grease the bottom of a 25 cm diameter pan and sprinkle the bottom of the pan with demerara sugar.
- Line with kiwi slices and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the milk with the oil, eggs and sugar.

Add the flaxseed and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour and yeast, mixing with a spoon.
- Place the mixture in the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, run a knife around the dough and unmold.
- Serve once cold.

– Kiwi is rich in potassium and fights anxiety.
– Demerara sugar does not contain additives and has light brown grains and has high nutritional values. A sugar that does not alter the flavor or color of preparations. It is found together with oat flour in health food stores/houses.
