Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 glass of natural yogurt (200 grams)
- ½ can of lemon juice
- 3 whites
- Zest of the peel of 1 lemon
Preparation mode
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place in a bowl and place in the freezer or freezer for 3 hours.
