Ingredients

  • 1 kg of filet mignon in one piece
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

Preparation Mode

  1. Using string, tie the meat to maintain its shape.
  2. In a pan, add the soy sauce, ginger and garlic and heat until it boils.
  3. Add the filet mignon, turning regularly as it cooks for approximately 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the sauce and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the green scent and lemon juice.
  6. Slice the meat.
  7. Arrange in a refractory.
  8. Drizzle with a little sauce.
