Man discovered that his wife was cheating on him with his brother-in-law and hours later they killed him

Brazilian businessman Igor Peretto was murdered inside his apartment in Paira Grande, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. after discovering that his wife was cheating on him with his brother-in-law and partner, a man identified as Mario Vitorino.

The murder of the businessman occurred on August 31 and days later three people were arrested: Rafaela Costa, wife of the victim; Mario Vitorino, brother-in-law; and Marcelly Peretto, sister of the businessman.

Investigations by the authorities revealed that Rafaela Costa had an extramarital relationship with her husband’s sister and brother-in-law. In fact, this woman would have had sexual relations with Marcelly hours before the crime.

According to Mario Vitorino, on the night of the murder, the four were at a party and the two women left earlier. They were both in a car and the deceased saw a missed call on his brother-in-law’s phone. At that moment, he began to ask for explanations, “getting very excited and nervous.”

Given this fact, the victim would have asked his brother-in-law to drive to his sister’s house to confess what he was doing with his wife Rafaela.

The wife of the fatal victim went out into the street when her husband and his alleged lover arrived. At the scene, the two men had an argument and Mario stabbed Igor 11 times. The lifeless body was found inside a hotel room.

Forensic studies determined that the deceased had an intense struggle and if he had survived the attack he would have been quadriplegic. In a public bathroom, near the crime scene, investigators found a knife that would have been used to murder the victim.

According to the Brazilian newspaper G1, Igor said before dying what he felt for his wife: “You know how much I love that woman, I’m crazy about her. They were all against me, all conspiring against me. “I was the only one who didn’t know anything.”

The prosecutor in the case, Roberta Pérez Fernández, described the event as “shocking and violent.” The official added that “If they do this to someone they swore to love, what wouldn’t they do to us, to the other people who live with them in society?”

Marcelly and Rafaela surrendered to the authorities on September 6, while Mario Vitorino was arrested a week later. after the Police found him hiding in the house of Rafaela’s uncle.
