Ingredients
- 1 kg of chopped manioc
- 3 chicken broth cubes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup of hot milk
- 2 exasperated
- 300 grams of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 100 grams of thick grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode
- Cook the manioc in 1 liter of boiling water with 2 chicken broth cubes. Drain and set aside.
- Dissolve the other chicken broth cube in milk and set aside.
- Pass the mandioch through the squeeze to get a puree and set aside.
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
- Add the manioc puree, milk with dissolved broth, yolks and butter.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until you get a cream.
- Let it cool for about 15 minutes and add the grated cheese and the cream.
- Add, stirring gently, the egg whites beaten in snow.
- In a refractory shape, put half of the cream, mozzarella cheese and the rest of the cream.
- Sprinkle, if you prefer, with grated cheese and bake to gratify for 15 minutes.

Approximate yield of 5 portions.
If you prefer, you can slow down the amount of manioc and add carrots, completing to total 1 kg.
