Every time is time for a marshmallow bonbon. Delicious, it’s finger-licking good!
Ingredients
- 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
- 200 grams of milk chocolate
- 200 grams of wafer plates
- 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 cup of water plus
- 7 tablespoons of water
- 4 egg whites
- Vanilla essence to taste
Preparation Mode
- Mix the gelatin with 7 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a bain-marie. Book.
- In a pan, heat the remaining water and sugar over low heat until a thick syrup is formed.
- In the mixer, beat the egg whites and mix the syrup, without stopping beating.
- Add the gelatin, beat for another 10 minutes and add the essence.
- Using a cutter, cut out the bases of the chocolates in the wafer sheets and, with the help of a pastry bag (without nozzle), make the chocolates on top.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt the two chocolates together.
- Take the chocolates out of the fridge and cover them with chocolate.
- Decorate with sugar sprinkles.
