Every time is time for a marshmallow bonbon. Delicious, it’s finger-licking good!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 200 grams of milk chocolate
  • 200 grams of wafer plates
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup of water plus
  • 7 tablespoons of water
  • 4 egg whites
  • Vanilla essence to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Mix the gelatin with 7 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a bain-marie. Book.
  2. In a pan, heat the remaining water and sugar over low heat until a thick syrup is formed.
  3. In the mixer, beat the egg whites and mix the syrup, without stopping beating.
  4. Add the gelatin, beat for another 10 minutes and add the essence.
  5. Using a cutter, cut out the bases of the chocolates in the wafer sheets and, with the help of a pastry bag (without nozzle), make the chocolates on top.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the two chocolates together.
  8. Take the chocolates out of the fridge and cover them with chocolate.
  9. Decorate with sugar sprinkles.

Approximate yield of 25 units.

You can find the wafer plates ready-made (box) at home/culinary stores for confectionery/parties.
