- 2 crumpled garlic cloves

- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green smell
- ½ tablespoon of sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- Chopped green olives
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
Filling way of preparing
- Mix the boiling water with the salt.
- Place the meat in a bowl, add the mixture of boiling water, drain into a sieve and let cool.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté for another 10 minutes.
- Season with the cumin, with paprika, green smell and oregano.

Mass preparation way
- Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour.
- In a bowl, place the flour, fat, salt and mix until a thick crumbs.
- Add the egg and mix quickly.
- Gradually add the water and stir just to turn it on.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough with the aid of a roll and cuts 15 cm in diameter.
