A simple dish that everyone likes is boiled meat. Enhanced with vegetables, it is very nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg of chuck cubes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 beef broth cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 small onions cut in half
  • 1 carrot in slices
  • 2 cups of chopped green beans
  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped green chilli

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the meat with salt, garlic and pepper.
  2. In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, add the oil, sugar, meat and fry until golden.
  3. Add the water and broth, cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes after the pressure starts.
  4. Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
  5. When there is no pressure, open the pan, add the green beans, carrots, mushrooms, onions, olives and half of the green pepper.
  6. Return the pan to medium heat. If necessary, add a little more water.
  7. Cook until the vegetables and meat are tender.
  8. Transfer to a refractory and sprinkle with the remaining green scent.
  9. Serve.
