  • 100 ml of water

Meringue Preparation Mode

  1. In the mixer, add the water, essence, emulsifier, sugar and chocolate powder.
  2. Beat well, at high speed, until you get a cream.
  3. Remove from the mixer, add the flakes and mix well. Book.

How to prepare the cones

  1. Melt the semi-sweet icing and place it in the pastry bag.
  2. Fill the mold and remove excess, forming a shell.
  3. Refrigerate just to dry.
  4. Apply the second layer of icing to the shell.

Assembly

  1. Place the meringue in the pastry bag and fill the cones.
