For those of you who live in a hot region, how about trying a different ice cream?

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup tequila
  • 1 cup (tea) icing sugar
  • 1 and ½ cups of chilled fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Caramel flavor ice cream topping

Preparation Mode

  1. Shake the tequila with the lime juice.
  2. While still beating, add the sugar and cream.
  3. Pour into a bowl, cover and place in the freezer or freezer until it hardens.
  4. Serve in glasses or liqueur glasses.
  5. Decorate with caramel topping.

Mom Tips

Approximate yield of 15 cups.

¾ cup of Tequila is equivalent to 150 ml.

Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
