Ingredients
- ¾ cup tequila
- 1 cup (tea) icing sugar
- 1 and ½ cups of chilled fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Caramel flavor ice cream topping
Preparation Mode
- Shake the tequila with the lime juice.
- While still beating, add the sugar and cream.
- Pour into a bowl, cover and place in the freezer or freezer until it hardens.
- Serve in glasses or liqueur glasses.
- Decorate with caramel topping.
Mom Tips
Approximate yield of 15 cups.
¾ cup of Tequila is equivalent to 150 ml.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
