The versatility of this rice recipe is a great addition to your everyday life.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of rice
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ cup (tea) of pickled vegetable mix, drained
- ½ cup (tea) of raw ham, in small cubes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Sort, wash and drain the rice.
- Place in a large pan, adding water and salt.
- Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Cover the pan, reduce the heat and let it cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes with the pan covered.
- Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add the eggs, stirring with a spatula until cooked.
- Remove from the pan, break the egg into small pieces and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan, add the rice already stirred with a fork, add the ham, the sausage and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the parsley and serve immediately.
Mom’s Tips
Please note: With a variety of vegetables, mixed rice can be served as a salad.
You can also add another ingredient of your choice.
