The versatility of this rice recipe is a great addition to your everyday life.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of rice
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup (tea) of pickled vegetable mix, drained
  • ½ cup (tea) of raw ham, in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Sort, wash and drain the rice.
  2. Place in a large pan, adding water and salt.
  3. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and let it cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  5. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes with the pan covered.
  6. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  7. Add the eggs, stirring with a spatula until cooked.
  8. Remove from the pan, break the egg into small pieces and set aside.
  9. Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan, add the rice already stirred with a fork, add the ham, the sausage and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  10. Add the eggs and mix well.
  11. Add the parsley and serve immediately.

Mom’s Tips

Please note: With a variety of vegetables, mixed rice can be served as a salad.

You can also add another ingredient of your choice.
