The video was made by journalist Alaa Hamouda, to whom the little girl told that she was going to a camp so that her sister could receive medical attention, since she could not walk because she was the victim of a car accident.
Palestinian journalist Alaa Hamouda met a displaced girl who had reportedly been carrying her injured sister on her shoulders for more than two kilometres barefoot. After meeting them, Hamouda helped them get to Al-Bureij refugee camp. pic.twitter.com/JuamCodwDe

The girl was barefoot and maintained that she had walked several kilometers. The minor was visibly tired, so The journalist decided to help the little sisters, put them in her car and took them to a shelter.
Finally, the Palestinian girl picked up her sister again and in another recording she is seen walking towards the place where the small wound would receive medical attention.
This video, which has gone viral, brings to the table the debate surrounding the ceasefire between Israel and the Islamist group Hamas, who have been at war for more than a year, a conflict in which more than 40,000 Palestinians have already died, according to the government in Gaza.
How is the war in Palestine going?
At least 115 Palestinians died in the Gaza Strip in the last two days due to Israeli attackswhile another 487 were injured, according to the Ministry of Health of the enclave, governed by Hamas, reported this Tuesday.
With them they are already 42,718 Palestinians lost their lives in more than a year of war, of which nearly 70% are women and children, while the injured numbered 100,282.
This Health count does not include the around 10,000 bodies that remain in the rubble and on the roads throughout Gaza without rescue teams having access to them, mainly for security reasons.
The ministry’s daily bulletin came after a 48-hour silence from the authorities. “The situation in Gaza is very complicated. We do not know what time we will be able to get the numbers due to communication problems, there is no strict time”a spokesperson for the Gaza Health Ministry explained to the EFE news agency, who also blamed the problems in maintaining the daily count on the incessant trickle of deaths.
The wounded in Gaza since October 7 of last year exceeded the barrier of 100,000, while the Gazan authorities routinely remind that more than 12,000 need to leave the enclave to receive treatment, given the scarcity of resources that the Israeli blockade of the border crossings has caused.
“Four dead and wounded were recovered after the Israeli occupation attacked the Madi family home and a gathering of citizens next to the Hamza mosque” in the north of Rafah (southern Gaza), Gaza civil defense spokesman Mahmud Basal reported this morning.
The attack in Rafah is one of the latest reported by the Gazan authorities, who also warned of new bombings by the Jewish State in the north, where it has maintained a tough military siege for 18 days.
According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, At least eight Palestinians died this morning in the Jabalia refugee camp, one of the hardest hit areas in the north, by an Israeli attack.
“The (Israeli) occupation artillery targeted the displaced in the Al Alami area of Jabalia camp, killing eight citizens and wounding others, and they were taken to Kamal Adwan hospital,” Wafa reported.
The Ministry of Health assured that the situation in this hospital is “catastrophic”, while it remains under siege by the armed forces along with the other two active centers in the north, the Indonesian hospital and Al Awda.
“We appeal to international institutions to do their part before the disaster is total and health professionals, patients, the injured and the population are at risk of dying”Health claimed.
