Dough Ingredients
- 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cups (tea) brown sugar
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of chemical baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 small carrot, finely grated
- 1 cup (tea) of orange juice
- 50 grams of chopped walnuts
- 1 ovo
Coverage Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) icing sugar
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice
Preparation Mode
- Grease a bread pan with margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients.
- Work the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Shape the bread and place it in the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
- For the topping, mix the ingredients and cover the bread after baking.
Mom Tips
To keep the dough from sticking to your hands, if necessary, you can add a little more wheat flour.
If you prefer, you can use another coverage of your choice.
