Ingredients
- 2 large leeks
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 excited
- ½ pot of fresh cream
- Little pieces of bread toasted in butter
Preparation Mode
- Clean the garlic.
- Cut the garlic into quarters lengthwise and chop it.
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Place everything in a pan and heat with water and salt.
- Let it cook until the potatoes and garlic are almost broken down.
- Pass through a coarse sieve.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg yolks with the cream.
- Add a ladle of broth to dissolve well.
- Mix into the soup and serve immediately.
- Accompany with the toasts.
