Hmm… this mousse dessert is a knockout in terms of flavor and decoration. Delicious and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cold cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of natural passion fruit juice
  • ½ envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup (tea) cream cheese
  • 2 whites
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Syrup Ingredients

  • Pulp of a passion fruit
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. In a small pan, over low heat, cook the pulp, water and sugar for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove and let cool.

Mousse preparation method

  1. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Reserve.
  2. Mix the gelatin with the juice, dissolve in a bain-marie and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and cream cheese for 1 minute.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin and beat some more.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, add the reserved egg whites and mix gently.
  6. Distribute in a refractory or bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Remove, decorate to taste and serve.

Mom Tips

You can decorate the edges of the glasses by dipping them in the juice and then in yellow crystal sugar. Remove the excess and let it dry.
