Ingredients

  • 2 cups of concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 250 grams of hydrogenated vegetable fat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Boil the milk, remove from heat and add the fat.
  2. Stir until it melts completely.
  3. In a blender, blend all the ingredients.
  4. Place the mixture in a container and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  5. Remove, place in the mixer and beat for 15 minutes.
  6. return to the freezer or freezer until frozen.

Mom Tips

You can replace the juice and make chocolate ice cream. Instead of the juice, add ½ cup (tea) of cocoa powder, 1 and ½ cup (tea) of chocolate milk. In this case, do not use sugar.
