  • 1 cup (tea) of powdered milk

  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier
  • 1 tablespoon neutral alloy powder
  • 2 cups (tea) of passion fruit pulp

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the passion fruit juice, neutral binder powder and sugar for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Remove, place in a bowl and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until almost hard.
