Mousse is a very tasty dessert and the passion fruit one is one of the most popular among Brazilians.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup (tea) of cold water
  • 2 cups (tea) of boiling water
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) whey-free cream

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin in cold water.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of egg whites.
  4. Place the gelatin in the blender, add the other ingredients and beat well until frothy.
  5. Pour into bowls and refrigerate until completely firm.
  6. Decorate to taste.
